Evaluating bid proposals and acting as your agent during construction, to keep a watchful eye so that all goes according to plan and budget.

Yours are drawings we can price and build by, not schematic drawings that require more details in order to move forward, or lack of details that cause construction delays with time wasted trying to interpret their meaning.
